01What does Chenxin Display manufacture?

We supply custom display components, including TFT, segment, VA and graphic LCDs. Controller boards, housings and complete HMI assemblies remain within the customer or ODM scope unless separately agreed.

02Can you customize an existing display design?

Yes. We can review an existing drawing or sample and evaluate outline, active area, FPC, connector, interface, optical performance and material availability.

03What information should I send for a quotation?

Start with an outline drawing or target size, resolution or display artwork, interface, brightness, operating temperature, sample quantity, annual forecast and expected product lifetime.

04Do you support samples before mass production?

Yes. The normal path is engineering review, specification confirmation, sample build, customer validation and then controlled mass production.

05Can you support long product lifecycles?

We review component availability, forecast expectations and change-control needs early so the display program can be planned around the customer’s production lifecycle.

06Do you supply the controller board and housing?

Our core scope is the display component. Boards, housings and complete HMI assemblies are not included unless a separate project agreement defines them.
