We may collect your name, work email, company, telephone number, country, product or equipment model, quantity, technical requirements, chat messages, RFQ details, uploaded drawings or specifications, delivery information, order communications and the technical data normally produced when a browser visits a website. We do not ask you to submit card numbers, online-banking passwords or payment credentials through this website.
We use information to answer enquiries, review technical feasibility, prepare quotations, arrange samples and orders, provide after-sales support, prevent fraud and abuse, keep business records, improve the website, measure advertising performance and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Drawings, specifications, photographs and other project files are stored privately with the related enquiry and used only for technical review, quotation, production or support requested by the customer. Please do not upload unrelated personal information or material you are not authorized to share. A separate NDA may be arranged when needed.
