Specification control
Approved drawings and critical parameters provide the shared reference for purchasing, production and inspection.
Quality and supply control
Quality begins with a clear specification, continues through material and process checks, and stays active through packaging, change control and lifecycle communication.
Inspection criteria and validation responsibilities are confirmed for each project. Chenxin supplies the display component, while the customer validates the complete product system.
Quality reference
Cosmetic, optical, electrical and mechanical acceptance should be written into the project reference so both sides evaluate the same result.
Control framework
The exact inspection method depends on display technology, customer requirements and the approved sample.
Approved drawings and critical parameters provide the shared reference for purchasing, production and inspection.
Project-critical glass, panels, ICs, polarizers, backlights, FPCs and connectors are checked against defined requirements.
Assembly conditions and in-process checks are defined around the display construction and customer appearance limits.
Display appearance, image function, backlight and selected electrical parameters are reviewed at agreed control points.
Final checks and protective packaging are aligned with display fragility, handling and shipment conditions.
Revision, forecast, material change and PCN expectations remain part of the ongoing supply discussion.
Validation ownership
Chenxin checks the display component against the confirmed specification. The customer or ODM validates the controller, enclosure, sealing, EMC, certification and complete product performance.
