Buyer decision guide

Questions to answer before selecting the display.

Clear answers help engineering and procurement compare the right display path rather than unrelated catalog parts.

  1. 01

Is this a new cluster design or a replacement for an existing display?

  2. 02

Which temperature, brightness and viewing-angle targets apply?

  3. 03

Do the original outline, FPC, connector and interface need to be matched?

  4. 04

What validation, change-control and supply-lifecycle expectations apply?

Project path

Sample, validate, then scale.

A display is only ready when the customer verifies it inside the real electronics, mechanics and operating conditions.

01

Review

Drawing, interface, optics, environment and demand.

02

Confirm

Specification, material path and sample plan.

03

Sample

Engineering samples for integration testing.

04

Validate

Customer tests in the final product assembly.

05

Produce

Controlled production against approved requirements.

Product questions

Direct answers for sourcing and engineering teams.

Final values and scope are confirmed against the customer drawing and application.

01Can you review an original automotive display sample?

Yes. A physical sample and drawing can be used to compare outline, active area, FPC, connector, interface and optical appearance before a sample plan is confirmed.

02Do you supply the complete instrument cluster?

No. Our core scope is the display component. Cluster electronics, housing and complete vehicle assembly remain within the customer or ODM scope unless separately agreed.

03How is automotive temperature performance selected?

The display construction and materials are reviewed against the required operating and storage ranges, installation position, sunlight exposure and customer validation plan.
